Charlotte
OWNER/COACH
Raised in Sonoma County, Charlotte began her cheerleading career at the age of 7. She started with Petaluma Panthers and then found her true calling with All Star Cheerleading with Fierce Cheer Elite under the ownership of the well-known cheer guru, Elizabeth Stimmel; where her team became the first All Star program in the North Bay to win a Bid to Summit and placed 7th in their first season. In addition to training under Stimmel, Charlotte also cheered in High School with Cardinal Newman’s Varsity Team.
Charlotte started her coaching almost as early as she hit the mat. Beginning as a Junior Coach with Petaluma Panthers and Healdsburg Bulldogs with Danise Salinas which gave her the expertise to start advancing her skill set with building, tumbling, stunting and choreography for Healdsburg High School. Once barely graduated from High School, Charlotte continued her passion in her college years with USC Upstate Division 1.
Charlotte currently is a Case worker for Special Needs where she assists with ILS Clients. (Independent Living Skills). In addition to her passion of cheerleading, Charlotte also has professional experience in food and beverage and catering. She has now accepted a management position with Rebounderz Indoor Trampoline Arena and will be assisting with customer service, café, and our AirXercise Fitness & Training Program to continue to motivate both adults and young athletes.

Sarah Kay
Raised in a small town in Ohio, Sarah began dance classes at age 3; after five years of dance she switched to gymnastics and then very quickly found her love for cheerleading. Sarah simultaneously began youth cheer as well as all star cheer at the age of 8. She continued her cheerleading career all the way through grade school, participating in both school and allstar cheer. Sarah competed at some of the largest competitions in the industry at that time; including COA Nationals in Orlando, Florida. After high school Sarah competed on a level 5 International Open Coed team, with this team she competed at NCA Nationals in Dallas and received a Bid to Worlds.
From the young age of 14, Sarah began coaching tumbling and gymnastics at her local YMCA. Once graduated from high school, she moved to Kentucky for college where she trained with athletes from Kentucky Elite as well as cheerleaders from the University of Kentucky. Shortly thereafter after she transfered to art school to finish her education. Once receiving her degree she moved to Dallas, Texas to continue her education; she quickly found a gym and began coaching tumbling and all star teams. While in Dallas, Sarah joined a professional dance team called The Dallas American Girls who danced for arena football and also was invited to perform at the 2012 Men’s Olymipic Volleyball Trials.
For the last 12 years, Sarah has continued to train athletes of all ages and skill sets through classes and choreography, from youth/pop warner,high school, allstar prep & elite for levels 1-6. With her extensive background she has received many opportunities to coach with the industries leading programs such as Cheer Athletics, Stingrays Allstars, Top Gun, Spirit of Texas, and many more.
It’s safe to say Sarah loves the cheerleading industry, but it goes beyond just coaching. With her graphic and fashion design degree she naturally evolved within the industry by becoming the Graphic Designer for Cheer Athletics & Tigerblue Apparel. Sarah currently designs uniforms and apparel for gyms across the world.
